Why I do this

Over the past 20 years, I’ve worked with organisations around the globe to navigate the complex journey of transformation. I bring a unique and powerfully effective blend of strategic insight, business acumen and knowledge of human behaviours to resolve the challenges of change management. I have two decades of practical experience, enhanced by continuous learning, a Master’s in Behavioural Science and an MBA.

My passion for change management began by chance on a project many years ago. I’ll never forget seeing people move from resistance to acceptance when they finally understood the real benefits of change. That moment had me hooked, and ever since, I’ve been helping organisations overcome the barriers in their change programs. I design change strategies that deliver tangible results, working with clients’ internal teams and system integrators, ensuring the approach is right for the unique needs of the company.

With experience across industries and continents, I’ve lived and worked in Italy, Spain, Australia, Egypt and the UK. This has developed my global perspective and understanding of cultural diversity, as well as a knack for uncovering what truly drives change in different environments.
