The 3 month programme includes 7 sessions of one hour each. You choose the dates that fit your diary. The sessions are for you to discuss what is most salient as a leader of change. I will question and challenge you, and bring my change expertise to discuss ideas and options.

Following each session, I will share my notes and any additional resources that may benefit you. You get continuity, pace, and someone who will say the bit that’s awkward—but important.
