How it works

We start with one, or more, calls to understand your priorities, the scope of the programme and what success looks like.

We choose the right option (2-day workshop, 2-week sprint, or a blend). In preparation, I do light-touch discovery so our time is spent on decisions, not presentations. This can be a short online asessment, a small number of focused interviews and a review of the key materials you already have.

Delivery is then either a facilitated leadership workshop or a two-week diagnostic. They can be in person or online.

You get a concise set of findings, priorities and next steps within days, and we close with a follow-up session to lock in actions and momentum.
